K&M have vast experience of working across London and the Southeast on properties from Grade I listed to modern multiple occupancy buildings in the social housing and private rental markets.


Our service has been developed around the residents and communities we live and work in, and we take a personal approach to working with property agents, surveyors and resident representatives. Able to work as principal contractor or as a specialist painting and decorating contractor we deliver projects with our own workforce. Disruption and costs are reduced through utilisation of our fleet of mobile work platforms and welfare units as well as through our ability to offer innovative solutions through abseiling, high level video inspection & cleaning.


Our skilled, experienced and trustworthy team take pride in their work and importantly appreciate the needs of residents who can have concerns during the delivery of decoration works. They turn up on time, are polite, focus on the satisfaction of all stakeholders and leave everything tidy and safe at the end of every day. All K&M staff hold the relevant CSCS card and are DBS checked (formerly CRB). Resident Liaison Officers are available to manage communication between the delivery team and residents quickly and facilitate measures that ensure the sequencing of projects to accommodate the needs of residents.
