London based construction company, K&M McLoughlin has been named winner of both the England and GB SME Employer of the Year awards at the CITB Managing Agency Awards which took place at Plaisterers Hall in London on the 19th November.
The CITB Managing Agency Apprentice Awards celebrate the achievements of CITB apprentices, and the employers supporting CITB in providing them.
